Who we supply

Four kinds of buyers, four different needs

01

Importers

Full-container orders, stable specs, repeated production runs with the same tooling.

02

Distributors

Mixed SKUs in one shipment, neutral cartons, your own barcode labels.

03

Private label

Your logo on the product, your colour box, your manual — we handle the rest.

04

E-commerce sellers

Smaller batches, retail-ready packaging, fast restock on best sellers.

Product range

What we make

Three product families, all 304 and 201 stainless steel. Every size and thickness is made to order.

The factory

Machines, not a trading office

Stamping, deep drawing, welding, polishing and packing happen in one building. That is why we can change a die size in days instead of months — and why the price has no middleman in it.

Compliance

Documents buyers actually ask for

LFGB

German food-contact testing — the report most EU and Middle East buyers accept.

FDA

US food-contact compliance for North American importers.

Material certificates

304 / 201 mill certificates per production batch on request.

OEM / ODM

Your brand on the product, not just on the carton

Laser logo on the base, etched logo on the lid, custom colour box, printed manual, barcode and hangtag. We send a physical sample before mass production — every time.

  • Logo: laser, etch or stamp
  • Packaging: colour box, mailer, blister
  • Sampling: 7–10 days
  • Tooling: shared dies for standard sizes
OEM process details

What a private-label order looks like

  1. You send artwork and target size
  2. We quote FOB and CIF
  3. Sample in 7–10 days
  4. Deposit, then production
  5. Loading photos before shipment

Packing & loading

We give you the container maths up front

Lids and steamers are bulky-light: freight is charged on volume, so the loading quantity decides your landed cost. Every product page lists CBM per carton and 40HQ loading quantity.

Carton data

Units per carton, carton size and CBM published per SKU.

Loading plan

40HQ and 20GP quantities, with or without pallets.

Shipping terms

FOB Shenzhen/Shantou, CIF to your port, or DDP where available.

Buyer guide

Three things that decide your margin

Thickness, not just gauge

0.4mm and 0.6mm look identical in a photo and differ 30% in price. We quote the real millimetre figure.

Volume beats unit price

A lid that nests saves container space — sometimes cheaper than a lower unit price.

Certification timing

Testing adds 7–15 days. Plan it before the production window, not after.
